💛 Introducing Seeds of Hope Foundation 💛
Serving Grays Harbor County with compassion, dignity, and hope

Hello Grays Harbor community! We would love to officially introduce Seeds of Hope Foundation and share the heart behind our mission.

Seeds of Hope Foundation is led by three dedicated board members who each bring unique gifts, experience, and a deep love for our community:

🌱 Jane Madtson
Jane brings a wealth of skills and hands-on knowledge to our foundation. She serves on the Back to School Marketplace team, is actively involved in Aberdeen Beautification, and supports many other community projects. Her passion for service and eye for practical solutions help us reach families in meaningful ways.

🌱 Nicole Marie
Nicole brings strong financial skills and invaluable leadership experience. She also runs one of the women’s shelters in Aberdeen, giving her firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by women and families in crisis. Her insight helps ensure our work is responsible, effective, and rooted in compassion.

🌱 Jolene DeBoer
Jolene has been involved in community outreach for over 8 years, serving alongside her family. Her heart for families, children, and emergency needs has helped shape many of the programs Seeds of Hope offers today.

🙏 Faith at Our Foundation
All three board members are women of God with a personal relationship with the Lord. We believe He guides us daily, and when we listen, follow, and serve as He leads, many mountains can be moved.

• Grays Harbor Blessing Pantries
• Birthday Box Assistance
• Christmas Around the Harbor
• Emergency Needs Requests
• Community resource guidance and referrals
• And so much more as needs arise

Our goal is simple: to help point families in the right direction so they can build a stronger foundation and a stronger future.

🧺 Donations We Currently Accept:
Dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, hygiene products, laundry cards, food items, casseroles for those in need, towels & washcloths, diapers & wipes, baby Tylenol, teether rings, formula, blankets, hand warmers, socks for all ages, backpacks, school supplies, and gas gift cards.

Most donations go out as fast as they come in to meet real-time needs in our community.

📍 Donation Drop-Off Location:
We are deeply thankful to The Hoquiam Liquor Store for serving as a donation drop-off location. They are amazing partners in helping us collect and distribute donations.

🤝 Community Resources Welcome:
We welcome any resource information you’d like us to share with individuals and families who reach out for support.

At Seeds of Hope Foundation / Families Helping Families, our work is made possible entirely through community donations, sponsorships, bake sales, craft fairs, and gift basket fundraisers. We provide emergency assistance, outreach programs, and joyful seasonal projects for families and seniors in Grays Harbor County, Washington, and beyond. We strive to treat everyone with patience, respect, and love, knowing that even small gestures can make a big difference.
